May 24, 2016

After a profitable week in Onaway we departed for the warmer weather of North Carolina. Allie and Aubrey graduated and Drew and Tai got married. Heather was the wedding coordinator so she was extremely busy. Yesterday we pulled into our new land and parked for the first time. We only have one neighbor that we can't see or here, so it is very peaceful here. With our busy schedule, we are thankful for that. June 5 starts our summer ministry with no revival meetings until August. We are scheduled to sing, teach, and preach in 5 churches and one conference.

April 20, 2016

Our week at Holmen Baptist Church was such a blessing! The musical talent in that church (100 people) is amazing. The choir did such a great job. Visitors came out and the Lord blessed. We are currently at Central Baptist in Stephenson, MI. The sweet people in this church are looking for a pastor and we hope they find one soon. It's not often that we find ourselves in the upper peninsula of Michigan and we are enjoying our time ministering to this body of believers. When we leave here we get to drive on highway 2 through Manistique and down through Mackinaw City to Onaway, MI. This will be our first time ministering at First Baptist Church.

Vehicle Updates: Last week I put new seals, gaskets, rotors, and pads on our truck. I think getting 157,000 miles on the original brakes and rotors is rather exceptional. Everything else is running fine, at the moment. Our trailer is also operating very well. We will have it in the dealer this summer for our bi-annual routine maintenance check-up. September will mark 9 years of owning our "Home on Wheels."

Once we leave Michigan, our next two weeks will be crazy. Allie and Aubrey graduate and Drew gets married.

Again, thanks for praying for us!

April 6, 2016

It's April and Old Man Winter is still hanging on. Last week we were in our home church in Bedford, Virginia and God really moved in hearts. We are now property owners in Bedford County! The Lord allowed us to purchase 1.5 acres of land 7 miles from our church, in the country. A rectangular, half acre section is in front surrounded behind by beautiful woods. A huge blessing is that the land already has a well, septic, power, and a gravel driveway. We dug trenches well below the frost line and installed septic, water, and power extensions to move everything close to the driveway. The next time we pull in, a full hookup will be awaiting us. Praise the Lord! This week we are at Heritage Baptist in Woodbridge, VA and the Lord is blessing in the church and school. Our next destination will be in chilly Wisconsin, where we are really hoping for unusually warm temperatures. Thanks for your prayers and support! God bless!

March 9, 2016

Our last month of ministry has taken us to Georgia, South Carolina, and Alabama. We are currently ministering at Grace Baptist Church in Ozark, AL. I have had the privilege to lead two young men to the Lord over the last month! It's also been exciting to see a friend surrender his life to the Lord. Reconnecting with dear friends is also something that I love about the traveling ministry. We're off the Allentown, PA for our next meeting. Our truck and trailer are currently running well and we are thankful for good, reliable transportation. Thanks for the prayers!

February 9, 2016

Greetings! Currently we are enjoying our time with the people of Seminole Bible Baptist Church on the Brighton Reservation in sunny Florida. The Lord has already worked in our midst as one accepted Christ on Sunday morning! Our itinerary is fairly sparse this year but we have several things in the works so please pray that many weeks will fill in.

September 15

Praise the Lord for a great year thus far. It's hard to believe that almost 75% of the year is gone already! Our itinerary has taken us to The Bahamas, Aruba, and Curacáo. In the USA we have primarily been in the Midwest, South, and the Eastern seaboard. Next week we head to Ocala, Fl and then have a long drive up the Staten Island, NY. We are very thankful for God's provision and protection as we come the end of 2015, our fifteenth year on the road. Thank you for your prayers and support!

March 3

I somehow published a post of the 10 day forecast here in Nassau, Bahamas while I was throwing a football. I have no idea how that happened. :) We are having a great time of ministry at New Testament Baptist Church and School. So far 9 individuals have accepted Christ as their Savior! Yesterday we were on an island-wide radio broadcast where we were able to share the Gospel. I met a man who freely teaches Bible in the public school as an actual curiculum. The country has more religious freedom than the USA. The island is so beautiful and the people are very kind. Thanks for the prayers!
